Meeting called to order 12:49PM
Attendees: Wayne Kopp, Mike Kirkby, Dave Boyle, Jack Gjeldum, Dave Freni, Arnie Walker, Keith Van Emmerik.
Approved minutes from previous 11/21/2024 Board meeting.
League registration results and draft results — Jack and Wayne
- No systemic issues encountered. Enough players were registered and recruited to form 7 teams for Monday Recreation, 5 teams for Tuesday Competitive, 5 teams for Thursday Competitive and 5 for Thursday Recreation leagues.
Player Ratings — Keith
- Current player ratings will remain as is until later in CY2025.
Sponsors and Team Shirts — Keith
- All 4 leagues combine have a total of 22 teams. We were short one sponsor and Keith annnounced a new sponsor, Dockside Restaurant.
- Since the sizes of shirts for Championship players will not be known in time to order shirt and give to players, Keith will decides sizes based on the average for all teams.
- Jack will take team pictures.
Monday League
- If any team is short player(s), recruitment is allowed from sub list.
Financial Status – Jack
- Jack presented the BSS Financial report. BSS is in good financial standings.
BSS President’s Roles and Responsibilities (R&R)
- Wayne distributed a R&R sheet for the Board to review. The Board agreed to review and discuss at a later date. Board will discuss and determine what R&R can be delegated to other board members to reduce the president’s workload.
