The risks of injury and illness from the activities involved in the Program are significant, and include the potential for serious and permanent injury or death. Such risks include,without limitation, musclo-skeletal injuries and communicable diseases such as MRSA,influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline mayreduce these risks, I understand and acknowledge that the risks of serious injury and illness do exist; and,Paragraph Text (copy) 2.
